Bring your leadership, precision, and shop-floor savvy to a fast-paced team building premium commercial furniture and architectural millwork for offices, hospitality, retail, and multi-unit interiors across the Lower Mainland.
What you'll do
Lead day-to-day production across CNC/edgebanding, casework assembly, veneering/finishing, and shipping, meeting safety, quality, and delivery targets.

Drive 5S/Lean improvements (setup reduction, waste elimination, first-pass yield) and coordinate preventative maintenance with the service team.
Monitor quality checkpoints at each stage; coach team leads on workmanship standards for laminates, veneer, solid wood, and metal accents.
Own daily stand-ups, production reporting, and cross-functional handoffs with Design/Engineering, Project Management, and Installations.
