Manufacturing Supervisor / Coordinator - Heavy Fabrication

We're looking for a

Manufacturing Supervisor / Coordinator

to take charge of day-to-day production, keep projects on track, and help drive improvements across our fabrication floor.

What You'll Do

Lead and support a team of skilled trades in fabrication, welding, and assembly. Keep production running smoothly--organize schedules, assign work, and solve problems as they come up. Maintain contract drawings across the shop and prepare shipping paperwork for outgoing product. Set and monitor labour standards, track job costs, and provide input for estimating and budgets. Look for better ways to get the job done--research, test, and implement process improvements. Help plan and design new tools and production equipment to make work safer and more efficient. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure work meets CWB, ASME, and TSSA standards.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in heavy fabrication or welding, including team leadership or coordination. Post Secondary diploma in Manufacturing, Welding, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology ( or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of welding processes, layout, and fitting of large steel components. Solid organizational and communication skills--you keep people informed and jobs moving. Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and ERP systems is an asset, but a strong shop sense is key. A passion for mentoring, improving, and taking pride in quality work.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
