Job Title: Manufacturing Specialist Are you a self-starter with an eye for detail?

Key Responsibilities: As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a vital role in optimizing manufacturing processes on our production floor. Your main responsibilities will include: Collaborating with production supervisors to identify areas in need of process improvement. Identifying and rectifying inefficiencies in work cells, outlining correction plans, and implementing strategies with the production team. Reviewing Bill of Materials (BOM) on all orders to ensure alignment with client requirements and summarizing necessary changes for review. Ensuring that engineering packages align with client needs and manufacturing BOM, summarizing required changes for the production team. Maintaining production orders within our system to capture and document any changes during the production process. Reviewing complete build details upon order completion and documenting changes accordingly. Working with department supervisors to develop a continuous improvement plan for current processes. Collaborating with the Quality Control and Production Specialists to establish standardized workflow, with a focus on final assembly processes. Assisting in developing wiring schematics for engineering and standardizing wiring and electrical systems. Implementing standardized assembly and installation processes, including outlining training plans. Collaborating with the Hydraulics supervisor to review and develop formal hydraulic schematics for engineering. Identifying areas for improvement in hydraulic systems, focusing on integrating new technology. Attending production meetings to communicate and propose solutions for assembly and build issues. Utilizing the Engineering Change Request/Notification (ECR/ECN) process to initiate change or correction. Attending production meetings as required to communicate quality issues in product and process. Cross-training with Lead Hand - Assembly, Quality Control, and Production Specialists. Solid knowledge of the Work Truck Business Relevant Experience and Education: We\'re looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 5+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry
Familiarity with project databases, CRM systems, and other required tools
Strong knowledge of capital equipment manufacturing
Ability to communicate concisely and effectively
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels of the organization
Designations/licenses in technical trades are an asset
