Job Summary
As the Manufacturing Shop Leader, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the manufacturing process. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Secondary Steel, Trims/Angles and small parts division, Dono Brace, Foundation Kits and managing some of our primary steel process while maintaining high-quality standards, meeting production targets, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead manufacturing and support teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
Promote a culture of safety, wellness, and fulfillment; resolve issues promptly and fairly.
Develop talent through ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management.
Provide guidance, coaching, and training for team performance and growth.
Optimize workforce utilization through cross-training, resource planning, and flexible team.

Communicate and align team efforts with company strategy and operational goals.
Ensure availability of tools and materials to meet production goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience in manufacturing.
Professional and cooperative demeanor.
Clear communication skills, verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with various stakeholders.
Effective leadership, supervision, and team-building abilities.
Attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy.
Working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
