$100-120k per yearBenefits

- Participate in budget development and monitor cost/budgets, forecasting and planning
- Supervise, coach/develop subordinates
- Costing, resource planning, tool and asset acquisition
- Participate in the Employee Performance Appraisal Process
- Special projects and long-range technical plans
- Other duties as required
- Engineering degree
- P. Eng.
- 8+ years of experience managing a team
- Automotive or manufacturing engineering background
