En tant que membre de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe Qualit\xc3\xa9 Safety, vous aurez un impact direct sur le contr\xc3\xb4le et la r\xc3\xa9duction des risques d\xe2\x80\x99origine manufacturi\xc3\xa8re sur la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 de la flotte, un des objectifs prioritaires d\xe2\x80\x99Airbus. Vous participerez au processus de gestion de la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 du produit en production, que ce soit \xc3\xa0 travers :

Le processus de gestion des SARIs (Safety Aircraft Related Item \xe2\x80\x93 \xc3\xa9v\xc3\xa8nements li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la production, impactant la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 avion) ;

Le r\xc3\xa9seau SGS (Syst\xc3\xa8me de Gestion de la S\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 \xe2\x80\x93 pour les probl\xc3\xa9matiques syst\xc3\xa9miques, c\xe2\x80\x99est-\xc3\xa0-dire les enjeux li\xc3\xa9s au syst\xc3\xa8me manufacturier qui ont un impact sur la safety du produit, tels que des processus non suivis, des manques de formations, etc.) ;

Ou bien le projet de r\xc3\xa9duction/pr\xc3\xa9vention des FOD (Foreign Object Debris \xe2\x80\x93 tout objet ne devant pas faire partie de l\xe2\x80\x99avion et qui pourrait entrainer des dommages au produit et/ou aux personnes).

Dans votre r\xc3\xb4le, vous devrez :
Participer \xc3\xa0 la gouvernance et au d\xc3\xa9ploiement du processus SARI

Apporter un soutien dans la mise en place d\xe2\x80\x99initiatives d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration et de mont\xc3\xa9e en maturit\xc3\xa9 du processus SARI ;

Assurer le suivi des jalons des diff\xc3\xa9rentes organisations impliqu\xc3\xa9es dans le processus de gestion des SARIs, de mani\xc3\xa8re \xc3\xa0 ce que les analyses de cause racine et la mise en place d\xe2\x80\x99actions correctives associ\xc3\xa9es soient r\xc3\xa9alis\xc3\xa9es dans les temps impartis et puissent garantir la safety de la flotte en service;

Suivre, mettre \xc3\xa0 jour, analyser et rapporter les indicateurs cl\xc3\xa9s du processus SARI ;

Selon votre profil et les besoins du service, vous pourriez \xc3\xa9galement \xc3\xaatre amen\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 apporter votre support sur la r\xc3\xa9solution de SARIs g\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 en interne par l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe Qualit\xc3\xa9 Safety.

Soutenir les activit\xc3\xa9s de gestion des items safety syst\xc3\xa9miques

G\xc3\xa9rer, mettre \xc3\xa0 jour la base de donn\xc3\xa9es contenant les items safety syst\xc3\xa9miques, et documenter les informations dans le CST (Corporate Safety Tool) ;

Produire et diffuser les indicateurs op\xc3\xa9rationnels cl\xc3\xa9s du r\xc3\xa9seau SGS ;

\xc3\x89tablir une mani\xc3\xa8re fiable de classifier items safety syst\xc3\xa9miques ;

Analyser des tendances sur les probl\xc3\xa9matiques safety r\xc3\xa9currentes, et potentiellement proposer des voies d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration en cons\xc3\xa9quence.

Assurer un support au projet de d\xc3\xa9ploiement de la politique \xc2\xab z\xc3\xa9ro FOD \xc2\xbb au sein d\xe2\x80\x99Airbus Canada

Supporter les projets d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continue en cours afin d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9liminer les FOD du processus manufacturier A220 (g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ralisation et qualit\xc3\xa9 des PPS FOD, campagnes de sensibilisation, boucle de communication, gestion visuelle, contr\xc3\xb4le des objets personnels, etc.) ;

Suivre les jalons et rendre compte de l\xe2\x80\x99avancement du projet global aux \xc3\xa9quipes de gestion et aux diff\xc3\xa9rentes parties prenantes ;

B\xc3\xa2tir et faciliter des pr\xc3\xa9sentations et r\xc3\xa9unions multidisciplinaires.

En tant que candidat id\xc3\xa9al,

Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en cours dans un domaine li\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 l\'industrie manufacturi\xc3\xa8re ou dans un domaine sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9 tel que l\xe2\x80\x99a\xc3\xa9ronautique, la m\xc3\xa9canique, l\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9nierie, ou la gestion de projet ;

Des connaissances et/ou une exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de projet et/ou en am\xc3\xa9lioration des processus sera un r\xc3\xa9el atout ;

Esprit analytique avec attention aux d\xc3\xa9tails, et des aptitudes \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes (notions des m\xc3\xa9thodologies de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes, un atout);

As a member of the Quality Safety team, you will have a direct impact on the control and reduction of manufacturing safety risks on the fleet, one of Airbus\' priority objectives. You will participate in the Manage Product Safety in Production process, either through:

The SARI (Safety Aircraft Related Item) management process ;

The SMS network (Safety Management System - for systemic issues, i.e. issues related to the manufacturing system that have an impact on product safety, such as processes not followed, lack of training, etc.) ;

Or the FOD (Foreign Object Debris) reduction/prevention project (any object that is not supposed to be part of the aircraft and that could cause damage to the product and/or harm people).

In your role, you will:
1. Participate in the governance and deployment of the SARI process

Provide support in the implementation of SARI process improvement and maturity initiatives ;

Track milestones for the various organizations involved in the SARI management process to ensure that root cause analysis and associated corrective actions are completed in a timely manner and can ensure the safety of the fleet in service ;

Monitor, update, analyze and report key SARI process indicators ;

Depending on your profile and the needs of the department, you may also be required to provide support on the resolution of SARIs managed internally by the Quality Safety team.

2. Support safety systemic management activities

Manage and update the database containing systemic safety items, and document the information in the Corporate Safety Tool (CST) ;

Produce and disseminate key operational indicators of the SMS network ;

Establish a reliable way to classify systemic safety items ;

Analyze trends on recurring safety issues, and potentially propose improvement paths accordingly.

3. Provide support to the Zero FOD deployment project within Airbus Canada

Support ongoing continuous improvement projects to eliminate FOD from the A220 manufacturing process (generalization and quality of FOD PPS, awareness campaigns, communication loop, visual management, personal item control, etc.) ;

Track milestones and report on overall project progress to management teams and various stakeholders;

Build and facilitate multidisciplinary presentations and meetings.

As our ideal candidate,

Bachelor\'s degree in progress in a field related to the manufacturing industry or in a specialized field such as aeronautics, mechanics, engineering, or project management ;

Knowledge and/or experience in project management and/or process improvement will be a real asset;

Analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem solving skills (knowledge of problem solving methodologies is an asset) ;

Organizational and planning skills ;

Leadership, ability to work in autonomy and within a team ;

Ability to communicate clearly & effectively, in French and English (spoken and written), with different types of interlocutors and hierarchical levels ;

Basic knowledge of computer tools and systems (coding notions - VBA, Python, an asset).
