Responsibilities:





Manage multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment. Ensure project execution aligns with contractual requirements and internal guidelines. Oversee project financials including invoicing, cost tracking, expenses, and cash flow. Drive formal project acceptance, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and sales. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices.


Qualifications

:4+ years of experience in Project Management, working as Project Manager for Electrical power generation, manufacturing, contracting and distribution, ideally within North America. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education required. PMP designation is not required but will be considered an asset. Sound knowledge of both low and medium voltage Switchgear, Switchboards, PDUs and ATS. Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors. Knowledge and experience with ERP systems including SAP, MS Project, and other MS Office applications. Demonstrated ability to develop trust and maintain long-term customer relationships. Strong influencing, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
