Manufacturing Production Worker (Surrey)

Job Summary

We are a unique manufacturing company specializing in the production of custom-fit earmolds. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production and assembly process, while ensuring that all products meet quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Assembly/manufacturing experience is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. This is an entry level position with an opportunity to grow within our organization

Responsibilities

Trim custom earmold impressions to prepare for 3D Scanning. Scan into 3D modelling database system. Operate Dremel tool, buffing machines, and small hand tools to smooth, shape, and core custom earmold products. Prepare custom earmold products for sealant finish and final assembly. Manufacture and assemble accessory components. Clean and prepare manufacturing tools. Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards of quality control. Assist with inventory management by replenishing and restocking supplies. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Schedule:

Full time hours: 40 hours per week (7-8 hours/day) Shift times are flexible, as long as they are pre-approved and meet full time hours
The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit:

Very steady hand coordination with attention to detail and precision. Effective communication with coworkers and management to ensure efficient workflow. Encompass the ability and dexterity to work accurately with very small parts. Capable of working long periods of time at repetitive tasks. Able to work quickly and consistently while maintaining high quality and accurate results.
