We're looking for a dependable and detail-focused

Manufacturing Production Assistant

to join our team and help keep production running smoothly. In this role, you'll play a key part in coordinating, scheduling, and supporting daily production activities to ensure efficiency, high-quality output, and a safe work environment. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to build hands-on experience and grow within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Ensure consistency and accuracy across reports and production dashboards. Monitor production processes to maintain workflow and meet scheduling targets. Assist in coordinating materials, supplies, and tools for production runs. Report equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures rigorously. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Support scheduling and coordination of machinery maintenance.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Able to follow instructions independently or work collaboratively within a team. Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn new skills. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with operating or programming machinery is an advantage. Familiarity with Laser Punch Presses (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Mitsubishi) is a plus. Experience with Brake Presses (CNC or manual) is beneficial. Welding knowledge is an asset.

Additional Desired Skills:



Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Conducting quality checks and precise measurements. Setting up and maintaining press tooling. Experience working with various metals, such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Awareness of fabrication safety standards.

Working Conditions:



Role based in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
