We are seeking a hands-on

Manufacturing & Packaging Associate

to support the production, packaging, and distribution of our chemical products. The successful candidate will work closely with our operations team to ensure timely, accurate, and safe manufacturing and order fulfillment.

Main responsibilities:

Assist in the manufacturing and blending of chemical cleaning products following strict formulations and safety procedures

Fill and label containers (1L to 205L) accurately according to product specifications

Package and palletize finished goods for distribution

Operate mixing equipment, pumps, and filling machines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Track inventory and report low stock or raw material needs

Load and unload trucks as needed

Perform quality control checks on finished products

Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing shipping documents and labeling pallets

The person must have the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or warehouse environment preferred

Ability to lift up to 20 kg (45 lbs) regularly

Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and wearing PPE

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Forklift certification is an asset

Basic math and measurement skills

Good organizational and communication skills

Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
