Manufacturing Operator (Blinds Production)

Position Overview:

The Manufacturing Operator will work in our blinds production facility, helping with the assembly, quality control, and packaging of custom window coverings. This hands-on role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to follow procedures consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production machines for cutting, assembling, or rolling blinds Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished goods Package and label finished products for delivery Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow safety and production guidelines Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies Collaborate with other factory workers and supervisors

Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs Detail-oriented and capable of following instructions Mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools/machinery Basic math and measurement skills

Working Conditions:

Factory floor setting with potential exposure to noise and light dust Shift work may be required based on production demand
