Your duties :

We are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Manager for a major manufacturing group based in Laval. Position available immediately -40 hours/week.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

- Provide strategic direction for manufacturing operations
- Get the best out of each department: manufacturing, maintenance and logistics
- Interact with various types of internal and external contacts (senior management, customers, etc.)
- Establish and ensure compliance with OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Be proactive in team integration, adopting the internal culture and language
- Coordinate and lead several departments to create synergy
- Develop market, business and competitive curiosity.

We\'re looking for someone who is proactive, organized and adaptable. Our ideal candidate likes changing environments, is a real manager and enjoys coordinating manufacturing operations.

Your profile :

- 4 to 8 years\' experience in manufacturing operations management
- Bilingual French/English
-ING designation from the Order of Engineers, an asset but not mandatory
-Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or in organizational management
- Salary: $150k - $200k depending on experience + bonus
- Full insurance, RRSP, paid leave negotiable depending on experience.
