About the Role

We are seeking a

Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer

to support product design, quality control, and continuous improvement. This office-based role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, self-motivated, and experienced in agricultural manufacturing and welding processes.

Key Responsibilities

Create production drawings (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) Design equipment and components that meet industry standards Collaborate with machining and welding teams Review and improve engineering drawings and specifications Perform analysis, testing, and quality control Recommend design improvements and ensure manufacturability Communicate technical details with Shop Foreman and Management Review and update welding procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering APEGS registration required 2+ years engineering experience SolidWorks proficiency preferred Agriculture manufacturing experience required Strong mechanical, fabrication, and welding knowledge Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Familiarity with CSA Standards and hydraulic systems
