Manufacturing Manager
, you will lead the shop floor operations and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment. You'll supervise technical teams, coordinate resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer expectations in quality, speed, and cost.

What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee daily operations on the shop floor
Supervise and coach technical employees to meet quality and service goals
Serve as process leader, defining and improving work standards
Coordinate inventory and purchasing activities
Communicate effectively across teams to align goals and resolve issues
Partner with Program Managers to set targets for quality, speed, and cost
Ensure compliance with engineering procedures and quality standards
Monitor training needs and coordinate development programs
Implement and maintain build standards
Approve employee time cards
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and company policies
Perform other related duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Strong understanding of automated solutions and assembly processes
Mechanical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts
Proven team management and leadership skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in FMEA and GD&T
Knowledge of automotive systems and quality standards (IATF 16949/ISO 9001)
High integrity, dependability, and results-driven mindset
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing teams
Background in automation and machine building environments
Track record of successful continuous improvement initiatives
