TalentWorld is recruiting a Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer in Oakville, ON.

Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
Support and lead maintenance and engineering activities across the facility.
Drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis for downtime or quality issues.
Lead preventive maintenance (PM) program design and execution to maximize uptime.
Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics using CMMS tools.
Collaborate with EHS, Quality, and Operations to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Contribute to equipment selection, layout, installation, and commissioning.
Support new product and process introductions, ensuring smooth implementation.
Create and maintain technical drawings, documentation, and PM procedures.
Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance engineering.
Proven success leading process or equipment improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen).
Strong troubleshooting skills with technical understanding of manufacturing equipment.
Proficient in AutoCAD, CMMS software, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Project).
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering required.
Hands-on, analytical, and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
Employment Details:
Full-time, Permanent
Location: Oakville, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift
Compensation: $110,000 range annually plus benefits
