Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing General Labor/ Assembler to join our team. The General Labor/ Assembler will be responsible for assisting in the production process, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Duties:

- Operate manufacturing window blinds and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines

- Monitor the production process and conduct regular quality checks

- Assemble components or products following specifications

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist in troubleshooting issues with equipment, processes or warehouse duty

- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Experience:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings

- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)
