As a

Process Engineering Manager

in the

Operations Department

, your responsibilities will require a hands-on approach and may include:

Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements. Daily co-ordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader. Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects. Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensuring sustainable solutions. Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
