We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, and continuous improvement methodologies. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate across departments to implement lean manufacturing principles and advanced automation solutions, ensuring our production operations meet the highest standards of excellence.
Duties
Design and develop manufacturing processes utilizing CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, and Schematics to create detailed technical drawings and layouts.
Program and troubleshoot CNC machines and robotics systems, including CNC programming and integration of industrial equipment.
Develop and maintain schematics, wiring diagrams, and control logic for programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize assembly lines through lean manufacturing techniques.
Support welding, mechanical assembly, and other fabrication activities by applying mechanical knowledge and engineering principles.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new manufacturing technologies and upgrade existing systems.
Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and develop effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure compliance with safety standards by designing processes that prioritize worker safety and operational reliability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or Creo.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, industrial equipment, robotics, and PLC systems.
Hands-on experience with welding, assembly processes, schematics, and CAD design.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
Mechanical knowledge combined with an understanding of industrial equipment operation.
Ability to read technical schematics and electrical diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
