• Provide technical leadership, coaching and teaching to teammates.
• Reviewing and implementing product design changes into internal systems.
• Derive cost effective method for competency assessment and enhancement of services and activities.
• Track multiple projects simultaneously and maintain schedule.
• Analyze the problems during panel design and production process.
• Generating manufacturing documentation and processes (BOM management, assembly and test methods, tools, procedures & drawings).
• In coordination with Document Control and Quality, review and approve respective work instructions, procedures.
• Investigating, recommend, and implement reliable, consistent, and efficient product assembly processes.
• Working closely with production lead on managing and maintaining cycle time accuracy.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor?s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years? experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years at the supervisory or management level (preferably in a lean, high volume production manufacturing environment).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with electrical power/control panel design and manufacturing is an asset.
• Familiar with CEC or UL508A will be a plus.
