YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, the Manufacturing Clerk will be responsible for inputting production data, executing work orders, and communicating with customers. The Clerk will work in the mill office and be responsible to ensure that the information and documents that flow through the office are handled accurately and in a timely manner.

4 months with potential for it to be extended

Specific Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service; Ensure sales orders are updated correctly; Ensure data integrity is maintained, and input accurate information; Action internal Work Orders to ensure we record consumption of raw materials and production of finished goods; Participate in troubleshooting & problem solving paperwork errors with the team on the floor; Other tasks as required.

WHAT YOU NEED

Professional approach and presence; Outstanding attitude: have initiative, display excellent follow-up, have a positive outlook and be a pleasure to work with; Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes; Ability to pay attention to the details and ask questions is essential; Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook; Industry knowledge and previous retail experience are considered assets.
