SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Reporting to the Supervisor, Arestin Production Unit, the incumbent performs filling and packaging operations at the Arestin Production Unit based on precise instructions, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, procedures and safety instructions (GMP and HSE standards).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Batch Production

  • Performs the filling and packaging work at the Arestin Production Unit in accordance with the procedures in place
  • Ensures the production steps are followed as specified in CHE
  • Diligently completes the documentation during production
  • Controls quality during production and notifies the person responsible in case of drift
  • Conducts product inspections when necessary
  • Guarantees completion of the necessary documentation in case of deviations
  • Ensures the availability of the material necessary for the performance of his/her duties
  • Ensures that his workstation and equipment are kept clean according to GMP, HSE and quality standards
  • Gets involved in teamwork and participates in the development of new work methods
  • Guarantees maintenance of his/her technical qualifications and knowledge of the methods and procedures in force
  • Performs any other related tasks at his/her manager\'s request
Equipment and Material
  • Guarantees inspection of the good working order and compliance of the equipment and premises
  • Ensures compliant use of the equipment
  • Informs the team leader and/or the manager when problems are encountered
  • Complies with the production standards (TRS, Productivity, Performance).
  • Ensures compliance with the instructions
  • Can set up certain equipment
  • Washes the equipment and the premises
  • Can check, complete and send the batch records and packaging documents
  • Takes the necessary measures to preserve the integrity of people, goods and products in case of anomalies
  • Can enter data in the production management systems
GMP AND HSE
  • Performs its work in accordance with current GMP, HSE and current standards, policies and procedures
  • Uses HSE guidelines, procedures and instructions on a daily basis
  • Is responsible for reporting any quality / HSE event to its manager
  • Communicates problems and proposes improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Secondary V or equivalent, DVS/DEP or DCS/DEC
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience in a pharmaceutical industry or related field as an operator
  • Technical knowledge of processes / products
  • Knowledge of production tools
