We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Calgary. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality windows and doors to our customers. Responsibilities

Assist in various stages of the manufacturing process on the assembly line. Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the manufacturing facility. Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of assembly processes. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in assembly tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving production goals. Attention to detail for quality assurance purposes. Willingness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced environment.

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
