Manufacturing Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a production assistant to help manufacture our natural personal care products. Part-time to start, with the potential to transition to full-time as our fast-growing company continues to expand.
Starting at $19 per hour (based on experience) with quick raises based on skill, quality and productivity!
We are a small but growing business with many tasks that need to be completed on any given day, but most tasks will be production type work in our Nelson factory.
Must haves:
Reliable
Be very detail oriented
Take direction well
Be mechanically inclined
Be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs daily
Have excellent communication skills
Baking experience would be an asset as there is very specific measuring and mixing protocols.

This will be a casual position at 15-22 hours a week to start. Full-time may be available for the right fit. We can be flexible with your schedule.
