About The Role
Draganfly Innovations is seeking a hands?on, detail?driven Manufacturing Assembler to help bring our world?class drone technology to life. This role is far more than following checklists -- you'll be an essential part of the production process, ensuring every component, payload, and aircraft meets the high standards our customers rely on.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands?on mechanical and electronic assembly, including soldering, wiring harnesses, and component installation.
• Prepare materials, support production flow, and assist with CNC operations and shop organization.
• Install software and firmware on electronic components and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure product reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation, support continuous improvement efforts, and communicate assembly feedback to the production team.
• Follow safe work practices and assist with inventory management and general shop upkeep as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is an asset but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Manual dexterity and comfort with repetitive tasks
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light?to?moderate physical work
• Willingness to learn and work safely in a production environment

Compensation package

• Competitive salary: $37,000 - $47,500
