Duties & Responsibilities



Read and accurately follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work orders, and technical drawings to understand production requirements Sets up production Assembles small and large products Inspects products and components Help paints products, when required Trouble shoots paint issues Tests finished products Performs RMA Failure Analysis Trains existing and new team members as required Performs basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling, including calibration Works under moderate supervision Typically reports to a supervisor/manager

Requirements



Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an asset. Familiarity with painting processes using paint gun and techniques, particularly for manifolds and transmissions, is highly desirable. Position requires the use of respiratory protective equipment while painting. To ensure a proper seal and meet safety standards, employees must be able to wear a respirator. Ability to effectively use hand tools and follow technical instructions and specifications. Strong ability to maintain high-quality standards and proactively resolve discrepancies. Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment or independently, as needed.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Working Conditions



Manufacturing facility environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and physical tasks. Requires wearing personal protective equipment, including steel-toe boots, as per safety guidelines. Regularly involves lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
