We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Manufacturer's Representative to join our team promoting Underground Mining Equipment. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our company and our dealers as well as end users across Canada, promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. This position requires a very proactive approach to building relationships and driving sales growth.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers/customers while identifying potential new customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives. Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring professionalism in all interactions. Must be ready to work and meet underground. Must travel, possible travel 50%-70% this will depend on the candidates location. Able to enter the US and if needed travel abroad.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in French, are a plus. Proven experience in sales with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Sales Force Experience Word, Outlook, and Excel required Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and relationship building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
