Duties

Lead and manage the dental practice, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional patient experiences. Develop and implement business strategies to enhance practice growth and profitability. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards within the dental industry. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans using CAD software. Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure high-quality care is delivered consistently. Manage inventory and supplies for the practice, ensuring that all necessary materials are available. Foster a positive team culture that encourages professional development and collaboration among staff members.
