Managing Delivery Executive



In this pivotal role, you will serve as the vital link between business needs and technological innovation, leveraging diverse emerging solutions to deliver practical, value driven outcomes for the client in the Energy & Utilities Sector. The Western Canada Data & AI Market Leader is directly responsible for building AI & data capabilities to address the needs of new and existing clients. The incumbent will lead the successful growth of AI, Data & Analytics solutions within Western Canada. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to communicate how Data & AI can be effectively leveraged to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market:

o Define and execute the Data & AI Go to Market Strategy, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives and business goals.o Accountable for GTM and Value Creation activities in Western Canada.o Partners with the industry leaders to develop PoVs that demonstrate the depth of Capgemini's AI, Data & Analytics capabilities.o Partner with business development executives to create tailored data & AI value propositions that address the complex needs of enterprise clients across western Canada.

Strategy & Thought Leadership:

Inspire and educate both clients and internal teams about the latest trends and innovations in data & AI technologies (Databricks, Azure, OpenAI, Mistral, etc) , positioning Capgemini as a leader in the market.Build and maintain strategic relationships with Technology Partners and key stakeholders to ensure Capgemini remains a leading partner.Advance the AI & Data brand of Capgemini in Western Canada though curated media & public speaking opportunities.

Trusted Client Advisor:

o Build and nurture trusted relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a strategic advisor and partner in their AI transformation journey.o Help clients unlock the full potential of AI investments, offering insights and strategies that lead to success.

People Leadership:

o Mentor, Coach & Develop an growing team of Data Engineers, Data Scientist, Data Architects & Data Analysto Develop a Talent Acquisition strategy to attract top Data & AI professionals across Western Canada.

Required Skills

o Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, or related fieldo Master's degree in business or related fieldo Strong knowledge of modern Cloud Data Estates (Azure, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake)o Advanced knowledge practical applications of AIo Passion for developing innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies including Gen AI & Agentic AIo Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.



A Delivery Executive is responsible for a single engagement or domain within an account and acts as Delivery Executive for business critical engagements. The Delivery Executives responsibilities include stakeholder's management or communication with the client, developing strong relationship with key client IT stakeholders, managing risks and client relationships and acting as first escalation instance for the EM, both internally and towards the client. They are responsible for overall delivery profitability and productivity, establishing a proper governance framework and ensures proper reporting.They will lead commercial management and take part to contract negotiation along with seeking to expand Capgeminis client footprint by identifying and anticipating and driving business opportunities.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is up to $180,000.


Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.


The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.


In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
