Managing Broker

opportunities.

Responsibilities

Manage office operations and fulfill all BCFSA Managing Broker requirements (license approvals, renewals, compliance) Review and approve listings and transactions Recruit, mentor, and retain real estate agents Lead sales meetings and training sessions Manage office budgets and financial performance

Qualifications

Licensed Managing Broker in BC, or experienced agent willing to obtain MB license Minimum 5 years real estate experience; management/leadership experience preferred Knowledge of BCFSA regulations and compliance requirements Entrepreneurial, business-minded, with strong communication skills

Job Types

Selling, Part-time Non-selling, Full-time

Salary

$50,000 - $100,000 per year + performance-based bonus (depending on branch and role)
