The Tiger Analytics team is looking for a Pharma Tech Consulting Lead to deliver innovation and tools to global business teams. This cross-functional role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaison with technical teams and interact with internal and external clients. Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer/Data Science-Product with expertise in programming languages like Python/SQL
• Analyze business requirements; construct the conceptual model and data flow processes
• Discuss key business objectives with the stakeholders, understand how business users and customer data is collected, and suggest appropriate data collection methods
• Consult and perform design reviews to ensure business needs are met
• Present analytic solutions to business audiences highlighting the robustness of the solution and how it could help generate business value
• Utilize Business Intelligence tools to build and support dashboards
• Partner with other team members as well as cross-functional partners to support business processes and system solutions
• Manage and resolve client issue escalation and systemic improvements
• Partner with Business Analysts to bring new scalable solutions to business functions

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 -12 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in the technology consulting space specifically in Pharma domain.
• Ability to engage with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client\'s team to translate business problems into a high-level analytics solution approach
• Experience with Business intelligence and reporting tool PowerBI
• Strong experience with SQL/Python
• Experience and knowledge with the Data Warehouse ETL process
• Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, and Hive is a plus
• Experience with tools and concepts related to data and analytics, such as data modeling, dimensional modeling, ETL, reporting tools, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data
• Life Sciences/ Pharma experience is highly preferred
• Consulting experience is highly preferred
