The Position:
Rutwind Brar LLP is now seeking a self-motivated and committed Sr accountant/Jr manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business development, guiding and counselling staff members and maintaining on-going positive relationships with clients. You will be working directly with senior management to ensure that Rutwind Brar LLP is consistently upheld to its standard of excellence.
Qualification:
A minimum of 4 years public practice experience dealing with the accounting and taxation needs of private companies and their shareholders; Highly self-motivated and proactive Embraces client relations and staff mentoring Designated CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA Extensive leadership and communication skills

Lead engagements and manage junior staff members Comprehensive experience in compilations and review, audit preparation Preparing Corporate Income Tax returns, Partnership Information returns, Trust returns and various tax election filings Remain up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law Develop a mutual growing relationship with our clients to gain their trust. By becoming a trusted advisor, you should be able to identify our client's changing needs and be able to improve and apply strategies so they can take advantage of business opportunities.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
