Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the food industry and hospitality, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal. Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor tables for guest needs, refilling drinks, and clearing plates as necessary. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Work the cash/ Cash deposits Barista services (Make espresso and coffee beverages)

Qualifications

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, weekends as needed. Barista experience is an asset but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
