Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server / front manager to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server/ manager , you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating any special requests to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure guest safety. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy periods.

Skills

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members. Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to support colleagues during busy shifts.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
