We're expanding our leadership team and are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager who is both technically strong and people-oriented -- someone who thrives in a collaborative, innovative, impact-driven environment.

About the Role

You'll manage a diverse portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients across industries, leading engagements from start to finish with a focus on quality, efficiency, and relationship-building.

What Your Day to Day Will Look Like

Manage client relationships and complete compilation engagements (CSRS 4200) from planning to delivery Oversee/review corporate, personal, and trust tax filings Deliver proactive tax planning and business advisory to owner-managers and professionals Supervise, mentor and review work prepared by junior team members, elevating team capability Drive process improvements, client onboarding, and workflow management Communicate directly with clients, CRA, and external advisors (lawyers, bankers, investment professionals) Contribute to firm growth through leadership, innovation, and outstanding client care

About You

You are a designated CPA in good standing. You have 5+ years of progressive public accounting experience Confident reviewing engagement files and tax returns; solid accounting and tax knowledge A coach at heart - you enjoy mentoring and raising the bar for the team Strong attention to detail; excellent at prioritizing in a dynamic environment Entrepreneurial mindset - curious, proactive, client-focused Tech-positive (we are a tech-driven firm).
