Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manager/ Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Managing the day to day business. Scheduling cleans and scheduling the cleaners. You will be responsible for ensuring each request is fulfilled. The candidate is also required to take on as many cleans they would like to gain as many hours as possible.

As a cleaner your duties include, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants.

This role requires strong communication skills, time management and the ability to work in a changing environment.

Candidate must possess a vehicle.

Duties

Be responsible for the day to day cleaning requests. Submit bi-weekly timesheets to owner. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from clients. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled timeframes. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to facility cleanliness.

Qualifications

Previous managerial experience required. Previous residential cleaning experience is required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and coworkers. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across all areas of responsibility.
