Overview


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee daily operations within a vibrant food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food preparation, restaurant management, and customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality across various dining formats, including quick service, casual dining, fine dining, catering, and banquet services.

Duties



Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff scheduling to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Control inventory levels, monitor stock replenishment, and manage food and beverage costs effectively. Lead staff training initiatives focused on food safety, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a competent team. Oversee food production, kitchen management, and catering services to meet client expectations. Implement training & development programs to enhance team skills and operational efficiency. Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all areas of the restaurant or hospitality operation. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning to support business growth. Foster a positive work environment through leadership in hospitality management and team management practices.

Qualifications



Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles with supervising experience. Strong background in food handling, culinary experience, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Experience in various dining environments including casual dining, fine dining, catering, banquet service, hotel restaurants, or bar settings. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on staff training & development and team management. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the food industry. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including shift management, inventory control, budgeting, and customer service excellence. Hospitality management background with experience in supervising diverse teams within fast-paced environments such as quick service & fast food restaurants or coffee shops like barista or cafe settings is preferred. This position is integral to delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational excellence across all facets of the establishment. Pay: From $39,734.33 per year
