Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team at Santa Lucia Pizza in 905 Corydon ave. This pivotal role will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality food and service while upholding our family values. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality. Train, supervise, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Manage inventory control and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Implement and maintain staff training programs to enhance team performance. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with ownership and senior management on business growth strategies. Monitor sales, labor, and food costs, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management. Ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive work culture. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with POS systems is preferred.
