Job Description

Open and close the store. Ensure compliance with store procedures (safety, hygiene, cash handling). Maintain a clean, welcoming, and compliant environment. Create schedules and manage shift changes. Train and supervise employees (products, customer service, procedures). Motivate the team and resolve workplace issues. Greet customers and provide professional assistance. Advise on products (e-liquids, devices, accessories). Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor stock levels and place orders with suppliers. Receive and organize shipments. Track sales trends and adjust inventory accordingly. Manage cash registers and bank deposits.
