Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily retail operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience
- Train and supervise sales clerks to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve individual and team performance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or sales management role
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and sales software
- Excellent selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop employees
