Edmonton Wellness Clinic is an innovative health and wellness initiative that combines Lifestyle Medicine, Neuro-Physiotherapy, and integrative wellness services. Our vision is to create a pioneering model of preventive and restorative healthcare for the Edmonton community. We are seeking a Manager - Wellness Project to lead the planning, development, and successful launch of the Edmonton Wellness Clinic. This role is ideal for a professional with strong project management expertise, operational skills, and a passion for wellness and community health.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, setup, and launch of the clinic. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Oversee marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives. Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and operational goals. Ensure compliance with healthcare and business regulations. Build a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. Analyze project data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement in program delivery. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to clinical projects.

Qualifications

Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Public Health, or a related field. 3+ years of management or project leadership experience (preferably in health, wellness, or clinic settings). Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Passion for wellness, preventive care, and innovation in healthcare delivery.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
