Role Description:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Manager, Training & Development will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and expertise of Resolute Health employees, with a particular focus on partnering with front-line patient-facing and clinical teams to identify training needs, develop engaging training materials, and deliver effective training sessions. In addition, you\'ll define operating objectives and training plans to meet short-term and long-term goals and actively design and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a strategic training plan to address the training needs of various teams within the organization; including front-line patient-facing and clinical teams;
  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure consistent and effective training across different locations and teams;
  • Utilize a variety of training methods, including e-learning modules, interactive workshops, and on-the-job training, to cater to different learning styles and maximize employee development;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving the content and delivery based on gathered insights;
  • Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address those gaps;
  • Audit clinic operating procedures to ensure alignment with best practice standards.
Your Qualifications:
As the ideal candidate, you have demonstrated success in a similar role, creating and delivering training content and sessions to several different employee groups with measured and positive results. You are both personable and self-motivated as well as excited about the challenge of creating comprehensive training content and programs that will continue to see Resolute Health be successful for years to come.

Your qualifications include:
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline such as education, instructional design, or human resources;
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, preferably in the healthcare industry, or a related industry;
  • Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful training materials using a variety of media and methodologies;
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver effective training sessions to diverse audiences in both in-person and virtual settings;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the effectiveness of training programs using data and feedback;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
