Do you have a passion for recruitment marketing, outbound recruitment, introducing innovative strategies, and leading change? If so, our Manager, Talent Acquisition position may be a great fit for you! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing, planning, implementing and managing a range of people and culture services to attract the right people, to the right opportunity at the right time to meet current and future business needs. In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, this position will provide leadership and direction in defining enterprise wide strategies, processes, standards, tools and policies for workforce planning, candidate sourcing and innovative recruitment strategies.
This is a temporary role for 12 months.

Where you'll work
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a hybrid work model that combines working remotely, and in our offices based on the operational needs of the position.
In this role, you will work primarily from our Richmond Office with some flexibility to work from your home in B.C.
