The Manager, Systems Integration is responsible for the business and operational aspects of the Security Systems Division. This role provides leadership and oversight for the delivery, integration, and performance of security systems across installation, maintenance, service and monitoring operations. Equally, the position is responsible for the financial and efficient management of the various profits and costs associated with the division, concurrently ensuring quality of product and service are aligned with internal standards.
The role works closely with field operations, project management, clients, and internal stakeholders, and serves as the technical escalation point for complex systems integration matters. The portfolio includes integrated electronic security solutions such as cameras, access control, intrusion detection, and related low-voltage systems delivered across a variety of client environments.

Responsibilities
Oversee the integration and delivery of electronic security systems, including Cameras, Access Control, Intrusion, and related low-voltage systems
Provide technical leadership and act as the escalation point for complex integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting issues
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, and technical submittals
Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of systems scope
Lead, coach, and support systems technicians, supervisors, and integration staff
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing technical development of team members
Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and compliance
Manage and administer CRM / ERP system
Administer performance management and support workforce planning initiatives
Drive continuous improvement and best practices across systems integration processes
Collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal SSRG teams
Perform other duties as assigned or as the role evolves
Qualification
Strong hands-on experience in security systems integration or low-voltage systems
Previous managerial or supervisory experience leading technical teams
Proven experience with camera, access control, intrusion, and integrated security platforms
Experience managing multiple projects and/or complex service teams
Strong understanding of construction environments and project workflows
A strong team leader with a 'lead by example' approach
Computer and networking background /experience is an asset
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Post-secondary education in electronics, engineering technology, construction management, or a related field is an asset; equivalent industry experience will be considered
Valid Driver's License
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Working Conditions
This position is based in Burnaby, BC, with a hybrid work environment and regular site visits across the Lower Mainland and surrounding regions. Occasional travel and flexibility outside standard business hours may be required.
