Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting products to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere

- Placing orders for the store

- Upsell products and services to meet sales goals

- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision

- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures

- Ability to upsell products and promote sales

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on enhancing the customer experience

- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus

- Fluency in English is required

- Familiarity with retail sales processes and phone etiquette is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour
