Manager, Supply Chain - IVD

Salary: $70,000 - 80,000

Role Summary
Lead our client's supply chain operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing, supplier management, and product delivery. You\'ll optimize processes, manage international logistics, and support new product launches in a fast-paced IVD environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain and ensure timely product delivery.
• Implement risk management strategies for supplier and logistics continuity.
• Oversee CDMO and supplier compliance with shipping regulations, including GDP.
• Handle production planning, inventory management, and ERP integration.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and product forecasting with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Life Sciences with 5+ years in supply chain management.
• Required experience in IVD or medical devices and working knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, and inventory management systems.

The candidate must have the authority to work in Canada.
