Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As Manager, Strategic Communications, you will lead the organization's communications strategy at an enterprise level - shaping how employees connect to our purpose, priorities, and culture. You'll act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives, guiding complex and high-impact communications, enabling change, and ensuring a consistent, employee-first voice across the organization. In this role, you'll also lead and develop a high-performing internal communications team, setting direction, standards, and ways of working that support long-term business success.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Communications.
