This position is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Our store is open Monday to Sunday evening and weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do
Lead daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values
Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge
Collaborate with Regional Manager to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve store objectives
Build and inspire motivated, high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision
Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve store objectives
Foster open communication through active listening and promoting a transparent, trust-based culture
Drive store development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives and optimize customer care and store performance
Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience and creating value for every custome
Support store operations by performing additional duties as required
What You Bring
Availability to work evenings and weekends
College degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of management or supervisory experience
Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred
Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance
Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences
A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
