The new manager will work closely with the General Manager, other managers and employees to continue to make K1 Speed not just a great place to visit, but also to work.

Full time, permanent position Approx. 40-44 hours per week Must have open availability including weekends

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Manager you will be responsible for many duties including but not limited to:

Recruitment - complete interviews, new hire paperwork and orientations Training - support our trainers. New hires and existing employees Corrective actions - work with management team to track and conduct corrective actions Cash handling - prepare tills, change fund maintenance and preparation of deposits Customer service - work alongside employees to provide wonderful customer service Safety - ensure that all customers and employees are following the safety processes Policies and procedures - follow, train, maintain and update Scheduling - help to create and communicate work schedules Audits and reports - independently complete audits and reports Marketing - promote K1 Speed using different methods Employee relations - support employees as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or post-secondary school degree 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role Experience with Google Apps including Google Docs and Google Drive 5+ years of experience in customer service
