Job Description


The Canada Delivery Strategic Initiatives team owns the most strategic and cross-functional strategic projects. Our team crafts and implements innovative strategies, prioritizing high impact and swift execution.

What You\'ll Do

  • Developing & executing a cohesive growth strategy for the Canadian Delivery business
  • Execute on strategic projects identified by Global and Canada Leadership - past projects have included changing our entire business model in Canada to launching new products such as cannabis
  • Delivering on Strategic Initiatives OKRs
  • Managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Product, Finance & International teams
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, tech strategy or other relevant experience
  • Exceptional problem-structuring and -solving skills; from framing the opportunity, to designing workstreams, to sharpening the recommendations
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel without compromising the quality of deliverables. You are constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize for better results.
  • Confident in making data-led decisions and using sound business judgment. Critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills. Must be proficient in Gsheets/Excel and SQL
