Job Description


Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As a Manager Campaign Operations at adidas Canada you are accountable for the digital execution of specific seasonal/Brand campaigns, content-publishing and content-activation for the Canadian Market. Your task is the successful execution of digital campaigns and content. You will partner with your major stakeholders to execute seasonal digital campaigns and content across all local digital consumer touch points.

Key Responsibilities:

Season Plan Execution

  • Execution of specific global digital campaigns and projects.
  • Implementation of local brand campaigns & experiences.
  • Site configurations to support local campaigns, experiences & DTC journeys.
  • Lead content strategy for all digital properties on .ca and app.
  • Optimize a/b testing and personalization strategies on .ca and app.
Monitoring & Success Measurement
  • Ensure quality of delivery for local activations to ensure that deliverables meet the brief and agreed scope.
  • Support implementation of success KPIs to ensure that implementations are optimized based on results and insights.
  • Extensive knowledge of SDL Tridion Content-Management-System
Optimization
  • Contribute to overall process optimization.
  • Solve content-delivery issues OTIF (on-time in full)
Communication
  • Provide continuous transparency on status of implementations along the season to major key stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
  • Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
  • High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
  • IT Operational requests & log site performance related issues via JIRA Confluence (Atlassian software)
Hard-Skills
  • In depth knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital and mobile
  • Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
  • Expert knowledge of digital IT products and capabilities
  • CMS systems, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and optimization/personalization applications
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working within an eCommerce environment
  • Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various seniority levels
  • Experience in managing the implementation/running of campaign delivery organizations
  • Experience/involvement in working in and understanding of the adidas Brand Marketing organization is a plus

  • Keep workplace safe and orderly.

  • Inspect immediate workplace daily and maintain to standards and report any hazards to Supervisor / Manager immediately.
  • Use and wear the personal protective equipment or clothing required by the Occupational health & Safety Act and / or the Company and shall not remove or make ineffective any protective device required by the regulations or by the Company without providing an adequate temporary protective device.
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Act and the Company safety policies.
  • Report to Supervisor / Manager the absence of, or any defect in, any equipment or protective devices of which s/he is aware, and which may endanger her/himself or another worker; and also, any hazard of which s/he knows.
  • Not use or operate any equipment, machine, device or thing or work in a manner that may endanger him/herself or any other worker, nor engage in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct.
  • Know and employ established rules and procedures for handling hazardous materials, equipment and processes.
